As the artist, I have every right to accept/deny your commission!
Please respect this and keep this in mind when ordering a commission.Process
• Average wait time for a commission is 4-6 weeks. Wait time might be longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the image and how many commissions I have at a time.
• You may message me at any time about the progress on your commission. If asked for WIP photos, they will be provided for you.
• I will be sending images to you as I make progress on them (ex: when the sketch, line art, coloring, etc. is completed). I will also send updated images of any changes you would like made to the image.
• Once the commission is finished, the final image will be sent to you through means of original contact with a link to the Google Drive file for the HQ image.Payment
• I accept Paypal mainly for commission payment, but also have a Cashapp and Venmo account.
• I will never take cryptocurrency as a form of payment! If you pay me with crypto, I will cancel your commission and forever blacklist you! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• I will sometimes charge more than what is listed if the character's design looks extremely challenging to draw. I will let you know when discussing the details of the commission if this applies to your character.
• I require a full payment before I start on your commission. If a payment has not been sent, I will not start on your commission.
• Once the commission has been ordered, the commission will be added to my Trello, and will have listed whether or not the payment has been sent. If there is a failure to pay after one month’s time, I will send you a message, and you will have 48 hours to respond to the message. Failure to reply in 48 hours, and the commission will be removed from my Trello.
• Prices are non-negotiable!Refunds
• If I have to cancel the commission for any sort of reason, I will refund you in full.
• Unless you are commissioning a colored sketch from me, if I have not made it past the sketch stage of your commission, I will give you a full refund on the commission.
• If I have made it past the sketch phase of your commission, I will offer a partial refund equivalent to the amount of work still left to do on the piece (example, lineart done but still needs color and shading = 50%)
• Any attempt to force a refund without communication, after the commission is beyond the sketch phase, or when the commission is completely finished, will result in you becoming blacklisted.Acceptable/Unacceptable Subject Matter
• I do not accept rush commissions / commissions with a deadline! I want to be able to put out my best work for you without having to feel like it’s rushed.
• I am willing to draw the following: Original characters (Anthro, Feral, or Human), Fan-made OCs, Pet Portraits, Gore (any kind), Complex Scenes, Tattoo Designs, Suggestive Pieces (non explicit).
• I am NOT willing to draw the following: Sexual / NSFW art, Controversial art / Propaganda art for anyone who is racist/homophobic/transphobic/show any sort of intolerance, art depicting pedophillia or zoophillia, any art that is pro-fascism.Public Use
• You may use the art you’ve commissioned from me on any social media, as long as it has been credited back to me.
• You may NOT use any of my artwork for logos or consumer goods unless you commission me for that sole purpose.
• YOU MAY NEVER USE MY ART FOR NFT’S!!! If I see you reselling my artwork as an NFT, you will be forever blacklisted from any and all commissions and designs! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• YOU MAY NEVER USE MY ART TO "TRAIN" AI!!! If I find out my art is being used to train AI, you will be forever blacklisted from any and all commissions and designs! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• I am willing to create artwork used for commercial use with credits back to my pages!
• You may NOT use any other commission work or personal work for your own use.
• You may NOT make any edits to the commissioned piece unless it is a custom design. You may ask me to make edits to a piece, but once it is finalized, there will be no more edits made. (Note that does not mean that once I send what the finished piece looks like, that’s the end of it. If there needs to be changes to it, I will make changes until you are satisfied with it. Once I have your 100% satisfaction with said commission, THEN everything will be finalized.)
